Hot Wheels runs on the excitement of creative, high-speed action play. Mattel had a digital content studio and a lot of brands; I came in as Creative Producer working on Hot Wheels, The Toy Box (ABC, kid inventors), Polly Pocket, and Pooparoos.

Our content added 45M views and 54,000 subscribers in under 6 months by embodying the excitement of creative play.

I concepted, scripted, and guided visual direction across the many teams that made up the production pipeline. Kept things coherent and created a new fast-tracked legal and standards review processes as volume scaled.

The Polly Pocket and Pooparoos launches were new product development work: sitting in on product design and contributing ideas with an eye toward marketability and content.

Also: I wish everyone could see the corporate toy archives. A warehouse of every single prototype and toy ever made. Access to that room was worth the job!
